1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using Switcher Coach, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Switcher Coach is a macOS menubar app that provides educational lessons and a keyboard shortcut reference for users new to Mac, particularly those switching from Windows. The app includes bilingual content in English and Arabic.
3. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Switcher Coach on your personal Mac computer(s) associated with your Apple ID, subject to Apple's standard the App Store license terms (EULA).
4. Purchase and Payment
Switcher Coach is a one-time purchase through the the App Store. All payment processing is handled by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process. We do not process payments directly.
5. Content Accuracy
Switcher Coach provides educational content about macOS features and keyboard shortcuts. While we strive for accuracy, macOS features may change with updates. We make no warranty that all content will remain accurate across all macOS versions. The app targets macOS 14 (Sonoma) and later.
6. Intellectual Property
Switcher Coach, including its content, design, and code, is the property of Sadeam. Apple, macOS, Mac, and related trademarks are the property of Apple Inc. Windows is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Switcher Coach is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Microsoft Corporation.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Switcher Coach only for its intended educational purpose
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the app
- Not use the app's content for commercial purposes without permission
8. Limitation of Liability
Switcher Coach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sadeam shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app. The app provides educational guidance only — always refer to Apple's official documentation for the most current information about macOS features.
9. Termination
Your license to use Switcher Coach continues as long as you comply with these terms. You may terminate by deleting the app. We may terminate or modify the service at any time, though as a paid offline app, your purchased copy will continue to function.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, in addition to Apple's standard the App Store terms.
